I think you may need to be mixing in the melted chocolate faster. Sort of like when you mix raw egg into a hot liquid, if you don&#039;t do it fast enough the egg will scramble. If the chocolate isn&#039;t mixed in quickly enough it will begin to firm up from the cold. That is probably what is causing the clumps. At least it is still delicious :)]]></description>

The original recipe calls for 6 Hershey chocolate almond bars about 50 gms each plus 1 cup of whipping cream placed in a graham cracker crust. I have  mixed it up by using different bars; or making it as cupcakes (about 12) with oreos as the base. Very simple but deadly!]]></description>
