<li>Toss broccoli with oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Transfer to greased, rimmed baking sheet.</li>
<li>Roast broccoli for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Toss shrimp with oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Transfer shrimp to baking sheet with par-cooked broccoli.</li>
<li>Roast for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. (time will vary depending on the size of the shrimp)</li>
<li>Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve with lemon slices.</li>

<p><strong>How Do You Know When Shrimp Are Cooked</strong></p>
<p>Cook time will vary depending on the size of the shrimp so it is important to know when shrimp is fully cooked.</p>
<p>The outside should be pink and white, no translucent or grey color remaining. Shrimp curl into a &#8216;C&#8217; shape when cooked as well.</p>
<p>I usually just pull the largest shrimp aside, cut it in half and check the middle for doneness. The last thing you want is to bite into your tasty shrimp dinner to find that the middle is not fully cooked through.</p>

<p>The best part about making this Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil is how simple it is. This Shrimp Boil Recipe is quick, easy and does not involve a lot of cleanup ← all requirements for my favorite family meals!</p>
<p>Plus, the kids will love to spread out this shrimp boil and chow down. During the cold months my daughter and I do an inside shrimp boil carpet picnic. In the warm months we enjoy this as an outside dinner.</p>
<h2>What Do You Need For A Shrimp Boil</h2>

<li>Old Bay Seasoning</li>
<li>Smoked Paprika</li>

<h2>How To Make&nbsp;Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil In Oven</h2>
<ol>
<li>Par-boil potatoes and corn.</li>
<li>Toss all ingredients with melted butter spice mixture.</li>
<li>Transfer to a greased, rimmed baking sheet.</li>
<li>Bake at 400ºF until shrimp are fully cooked.</li>
<li>Serve with extra melted butter, salt, hot sauce, fresh parsley and lemons.</li>

<p><strong>How Can You Tell If Shrimp Is Fully Cooked</strong></p>
<p>The outsides will be pink and the inside will be white (opaque). I usually test the largest shrimp by breaking it open and checking doneness in the middle. Cooking times vary depending on the size of the shrimp, so using your best judgement is necessary.</p>
<p>Shrimp are one of those proteins that you do not want to under cook. Ideally you get them perfectly cooked. But honestly, I will always choose slightly overcooked over undercooked shrimp.</p>

<p>Step 1: Place salmon and trimmed asparagus spears in an even layer on a parchment lined, rimmed baking sheet.</p>
<p>Step 2: Mix maple mustard sauce ingredients and drizzle over salmon and asparagus. Toss to coat.</p>
<p>Step 3: Bake salmon and asparagus at 400ºF, then broil on high.</p>

<p>Time will vary depending on the thickness of the salmon and asparagus. Try to get small, thin asparagus spears to ensure that it cooks within the same timeframe as the salmon. The salmon takes approximately 13-15 minutes to cook through. If you have to use thick asparagus spears you may want to cook them for 5-10 minutes before adding the salmon to the pan.</p>
<p>Broil on high the last 2-3 minutes to get a nice crust on top.</p>
