I love the farmer’s market for all the same reasons. And don’t even get me started on my obsession with Israeli couscous. I love this fresh, approachable recipe!

I love buying my produce at the farmers market every summer and I’m totally like that when it comes to shopping. I try to buy the best I can afford and sometimes that’s not “the best” Also, I’m pinning this asap because I’ve got to make it!

I am gluten free – would this work with quinoa or rice? Or perhaps a smaller pasta would work equally well as couscous?

I shop the same way—I’m willing to shell out a few extra pennies for quality products. Your salad is just my style, too! LOVE all the Caprese ingredients with Israeli couscous!
