I really want to try this. My family doesn’t like broccoli a whole lot, so do you think I could substitute cauliflower? I might just do the broccoli and make them eat it, anyway :)!

This is the BEST Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole I have ever made! My whole family loved it! So easy to get them those vegetable servings when I make this. Thank you for this recipe!
