Trader Joe’s has a citrus vinaigrette that’s amazing. It would be great on this. Also great on watermelon, feta cheese and basil salad!!

Thank you for sharing; I love this recipe it’s so good! I’ve been looking for a way to use another neutral flavored oil besides olive oil in all my salad dressing recipes; do you know what other heart healthy ones I can substitute for olive oil?

OK, so this is cheating but in a pinch these work. At Kroger or Fred Meyer use one of the following. Private Selection Orange Balsamic & Honey OR Orange Poppyseed Salad dressing. These are both great on this beet salad.
