So I would buy Pico de Gallo in the store (unless you have extra time on your hands to make the homemade), and just squirt some fresh lime juice in it and let it sit for a little while. I’m willing to bet it ends up very similar if not indistinguishable from the fresco that Taco Bell used.]]></description>
