This Chimichurri Recipe is beyond easy.  It is really just blending the ingredients together to make an amazing sauce.

And how awesome is the gorgeous green color!?!

Green foods get a bad rap.  I personally love green food.  My favorite food colors are green and orange.  Is it weird to have a favorite food color?

Chimichurri is absolutely bursting with flavor!

Not only will it give your food this vibrant green color.  But, it will also infuse it with so much herbaceousness.

Sure chimichurri may look like something you skimmed off the top of a swampy pond.  But it tastes unbelievable!

  1. Hahaha this was hysterical: “Sure chimichurri may look like something you skimmed off the top of a swampy pond.” And it’s so funny that you have a favorite food color. I’m not sure if I’ve ever thought about mine. Now you have me thinking!

And this chimichurri looks awesome. I love topping grilled meat with it over the summer!

    • Nicole Harris says:

Thanks Chris! So, it IS weird to have a favorite food color!?! Haha.

      • I dunno if it is weird, but I shure love the color. That would be a perfect dip on St. Patrick’s day. I’ll have to talk my sister into making this next time. Thanks for the idea.
