This post was created as part of a relationship in which I was sponsored by Weight Watchers and given a free three month subscription to try their new Personal Coaching product and write about my experience. Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, all views, positive and negative, are my own. #WeightWatchers #WWsponsored
Creamy Apple Walnut Salad is a healthy dessert or snack. This lightened up recipe is only 3 Weight Watchers points per serving. Perfect for sticking to those New Year’s resolutions!
After speaking with my Weight Watchers Coach and setting some goals, I am working on my consistency. I already shared my Weight Watchers Action Plan.
Mostly, I need to focus on eating regularly and tracking my meals. I have gotten better about not skipping meals. I’m still working on tracking my meals.
The Weight Watchers tracking tool is awesome! You can search for just about any type of food and easily find the point value.
Or, the Recipe Builder can be used to calculate the point value for homemade meals. I used the Recipe Builder for this Apple Walnut Salad Recipe. You can see it in action in the below photo.
Just insert the ingredients, amounts and number of servings to get the point value.
Once saved, the recipe and point value can be accessed whenever you need it. Just click on the recipe and you will get all of the information, as seen in the photo below.
Getting healthy and maintaining my weight loss seems within reach with the Weight Watchers tools and resources.
Next I plan on utilizing the Weight Watchers mobile app for my on-the-go lifestyle.
